Democrats Killed Los Angeles And No One In Power Cares

    Derek Hunter – Townhall.com

The horror that has hit Los Angeles is something we haven’t seen since Mrs. O’Leary’s cow kicked over that lantern in 1871. Back then, Chicago burned to the ground and roughly 300 people died. That was more than 150 years ago, things were different then, and things are very different now. There is literally zero reason for a repeat, in any respect, of what happened in Chicago, and yet we are getting just that because of the mentality of the radical progressive leftists who’ve run that city for all but 8 of the last 64 years.

The Great Chicago Fire makes sense in a weird way. Wood and brick were the building materials of choice back then, and wood burns like mad. There were no zoning laws to speak of; buildings were clustered together because “traffic” was a bunch of horses stopping for water or a poop. Go to any old town’s “historic district,” and you’ll see what I mean – it is not rare to find “roads” or alleys where you or a friend can touch buildings on both sides of the street.

When fire hit one house, it risked wiping out the block or the section of town for those very reasons. Add in the infancy and luddite nature of the fire fighting profession and technology and it was a recipe for disaster. Almost every major city around back then has some (much smaller) version of the Great Chicago Fire.

Would-be Kavanaugh Assassin Confirms: Was Inspired by Leaked Abortion Draft

Joel B. Pollak – Breitbart News

Nicholas Roske, the would-be assassin who targeted Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022, told law enforcement that he had been inspired by the leak of a draft opinion in the case that overturned Roe v. Wade.

Police arrested Roske in June 2022, after the defendant allegedly traveled to Maryland from California to murder Kavanaugh. The Biden administration continued to allow protests at Kavanaugh’s house, against existing federal law.

Roske has been waiting three years for a trial. His lawyers filed Friday to suppress evidence of his confession to federal investigators, saying that he had not been apprised of his rights at the time.

Five ‘Accomplishments’ Joe Biden Touts As Successes – but Which Were Failures

    By Ward Clark – Redstate| 3:28 PM on December 29, 2024

If you took about a hundred dumpsters, all on fire, loaded them on a train full of burning porta-potties, and crashed the whole thing into a giant pile of the stuff one normally finds under the south end of a northbound horse, that would be the Biden presidency. Befuddled and confused, inarticulate, showing flashes of unfounded anger and creepy whispering, Joe Biden will go down in history as one of the worst presidents in the history of the republic.

We can take some comfort in knowing that Joe Biden will be vacating the White House on January 20th. But he’s not going quietly into that good night; instead, he’s touting five so-called “accomplishments” of his term that, against all available evidence, he (or whoever is pulling his strings) see as successes.

While Biden’s presidency has been somewhat overshadowed by the way he dropped out of the 2024 race and President-elect Trump’s subsequent Election Day victory, there were still a number of achievements that the president and his team have highlighted that they argue will endure even after Biden leaves office.

Here are five of the accomplishments Biden is touting as his presidency winds down.

Hoo boy. Let’s look at them one by one, shall we?

Hunter’s Pardon: Biden Reveals Democrats’ Real Agenda, And They Are Furious

    By Ben Shapiro • Dec 3, 2024 DailyWire.com

Joe Biden made the Democrats’ real agenda clear.

    They are furious.

On Sunday evening, President Joe Biden decided to give a blanket pardon to his son Hunter for any and all activities since 2014.

In a scene in “The Three Musketeers,” Cardinal Richelieu decides to give one of his henchmen a prospective pardon for anything they are going to do at any point. The note starts by stating, “By my order and for the good of the state,” then finishes, “the bearer has done what has been done.”

That’s essentially what Joe Biden did with his son, Hunter, by writing him a pardon that allowed him any crime for about a decade, which is an amazingly broad pardon.

Elon Musk, Ramaswamy signal intention to defund Planned Parenthood

By Ryan Foley, Christian Post Reporter

The leaders of President-elect Donald Trump’s proposed Department of Government Efficiency have indicated that funding for the nation’s largest abortion provider may be on the chopping block as they seek to make drastic reductions to government spending.

Billionaire Elon Musk and former 2024 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy discussed their plans as Trump put them in charge of the new department in an op-ed for The Wall Street Journal published Wednesday.

Stressing that they intend to serve as “outside volunteers, not federal officials or employees,” Musk and Ramaswamy highlighted their plans to assist “the Trump transition team to identify and hire a lean team of small-government crusaders, including some of the sharpest technical and legal minds in America.”
